❗️ SHIPPING UPDATE:
Since USPS has switched First Class to Ground Advantage, we have been seeing longer transit times with this shipping method. This is out of our control so be sure to order in plenty of time and please reach out to us if you need by a certain date. The estimated arrival dates shown by Etsy does not account for carrier delays so please be mindful of this when ordering.

🌿 You may see a delay in tracking activity when shipping labels are "created". We print labels when orders are prepping for shipment, this may be several days before you actually see activity of transit as things take time to get processed and scanned in with the carrier. Please be kind as we are small shop and work as diligently as we can.

Order Information
We CANNOT expedite production or upgrade shipping once your order has been placed. We do not refund orders with upgraded shipping if the delay is due to the carrier.

Estimated Shipping Dates & Production Time
Production time excludes holidays and weekends, therefore estimated ship dates may vary slightly. You'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking once it leaves our facility. Typical delivery is 3-4 days once shipped. Custom requests and larger orders may take a few days longer. We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Keep in mind, the shipping date given on your order summary is ONLY an estimate. We can not guarantee that your order will ship on the date given. Being a small handmade-to-order shop, we can run into unforeseen situations that can affect production and shipping times.
Product Description
It is important to keep in mind that all of our products are handmade. Each may vary slightly, though we do our best to provide a detailed and correct description. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer/phone screen.
Do you accept cancellations?
We do not accept cancellations on personalized/custom/customized items. Our design process starts as soon as we receive your order.
Do you offer Hanging Hardware?
We now include hanging hardware and 1/2" backing on our large 3D signs, you can also use command strips for ADDITIONAL SUPPORT when hanging. Our framed signs we recommend using the saw tooth we install on the back. Using only command strips will cause the backing to detach from the frame and canvas. The saw tooth we install is nailed into the canvas frame itself, so it offers a more support. Three Arrows is not responsible for damages caused by improper hanging. When hanging any artwork above a crib, we recommend space between the wall and crib.
