I loved how this pillow turned out! I bought it for a Christmas present and he loved it!! Kat contacted me regarding what font and color I would like and even offered suggestions in case I was stuck. She shipped it promptly even though it was the busy Christmas season and it arrived well ahead of time. She even left a nice personal thank you message with the shipment. Kat did a fabulous job on my custom-printed ceramic tumbler: she was professional, easy to work with, and the final product came out beautifully. She was able to print over the entire side surface of the mug, too, which was particularly valuable. Would absolutely work with her again.

My original order didn't turn out as I had hoped, and Kat went above and beyond to make me happy. She ended up creating a personalized image for the pillow (complete with cartoon guinea pigs, made to look like my daughter's beloved pets) that, in all honesty, was so much better than the photo I submitted for the original design. The quality of the pillow and case was also great, with the back of the pillow being fuzzy and soft (something I wasn't expecting). I would highly recommend Kat and her shop and will certainly keep her in mind the next time I'm thinking of personalized gifts for my family or friends.

I actually ordered these for a bachelorette cruise and had a custom design printed on them and they came out amazing!! The girls will love them.
