I make dolls for collecting. Each is a personality with its own character and history. I am inspired by the people I see every day. But I focus attention on those details that makes the usual character unique. Every doll at my shop is in a single copy.
I create my dolls since 2009.
I use sturdy, time tested material — papier mache on the frame.
Dolls aren't glued to the wooden stand — the ends of the metal frame are inserted into small holes in stand.
Usually I create body from textile and full it with sawdust. I connect hands to the body so they can move. Some sitting dolls also have movably legs, that allows you to changeto change dolls posture a little.
I sew doll clothes from natural fabric — linen and cotton. Some of them I paint by myself.
I also use natural fibres for hair — linen, nettle and wool, sometimes they also are painted by myself.
Some composition details as furniture I produce from cardboard by my own technology.
In my shop you can find exclusive exhibits for your collection. Welcome!
