Custom and personalized orders
I currently do not accept personalized/custom, or commissions at this time.
Sizing details
I base all my sizes off of one model size of 23/24 inches. Which is a Large to Extra Large size for adults.
Care instructions
Spot cleaning is best. If must wash then wash on cold and air dry for hats. For plush spot cleaning is also best, like any other plush there is possiblity of clumping of stuffing if washed in washer. Washing any hat or plush items can change texture of material.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I currently do not gift wrap. For shipping I use poly bags. I do not accept requests on type of packaging.

Why is estimated shipping 1-5 weeks?
I make each hat at a time. I pre-cut each hat and then list the amount of pre-cuts. As orders come in, I will finish them in order as they come in.
Holiday Season Orders
During the holidays, orders will at some points take longer to complete and ship.
I ship in batches. I usually make a mail run once a week during this time to try and get orders out as quick as I can.
Once shipped, I cannot guarantee shipping time since it is a very busy time for the Post office. If ordering as a gift, please keep this in mind.
Why no Returns or Exchanges?
I cannot resell items that have been returned. I do not know the enviroment they were in, if they were well worn, or soiled. I cannot verify the condition with a critical eye without it being in person inspection.
