3 out of 5 starsNice lady. However it took more than 2 weeks for me to get my hula hoop. She was out of supplies and did not mention it until I asked why it was taking so long to ship. Now that I got the hula hoop, I like it, but the way it was shipped (folded in half) caused it to not be a perfect circle anymore so I hate how it looks! :| I wanted a place where I could buy ALL my future hula hoops from. Unfortunately I don't think this is it.

Hi there! First of all, I'm so sorry it took so long for the hoop to arrive. As far as the shape, sometimes that happens when it's collapsed down a long time for shipping. What I recommend is that you only collapse it when absolutely needed. To get it to go back to a better / more perfect circle, put it outside in the sun for 8 hours or so to let it warm up (uncollapsed and lying perfectly flat on the ground) and then bend it back to a perfect circle once it's warmed up a bit. If you do that and only collapse it when needed, it should go back to a perfect circle pretty soon! Let me know if you have any questions!
