Payment
I accept payments through PayPal. For your convenience, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay. You may use a creditcard, without setting up an account. This link will help you clarify the process: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php
I can not accept checks or money orders. Customers within the Netherlands can pay by booking to my bankaccount.
Please make your payment at the time of your purchase. If you need to make other arrangements, just contact me. If payment is not made at the time of your order, and I don't hear from you within 48 hours, your transaction will be cancelled.
Due to dutch law I have to include 19% VAT, if you have your a VAT, BTW , FC etc number I can exclude the 19%, please convo me before purchase.

I ship within 2 business days, unless custom ordered, after receipt of your payment, by registered mail. If you would prefer priority mail, please convo me before purchase.
I'm not responsible for lost items due to the mail, nor misdelivered, undeliverable or damaged packages during transit. But will do my best to find or reclaim any post that went missing or was damaged by starting an investigation with TNT mail, that is only possible if registered mail was used.
I ship to your Etsy address, unless otherwise specified. If buying multiple items, shipping costs may be less than shown in my listings.
I cannot predict what will happen during customs passage - usually there's no problem.
In my experience so far, orders can take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks to arrive. I will contact you when your order will be sent. If you don't receive your package within 4 weeks, please let me know!

Please keep in mind that all of my pieces are handcrafted an may vary slightly in appearance or colour, if it is not a one of a kind. I do my very best to represent my pieces accurately in my pictures and measurements. After all, I want you to be happy with your Utopine jewelry!!!!
