This pepper is so good and delicious. I'm Nigerian and find it hard to consistently get the dried Cameroon pepper that I like to cook with. This is a great substitute, it gives that perfect smoky, deep, flavorful, iconic west African heat. Like the kind that be creeping up behind your eyes lol. And it is extremely potent, a tiny bit goes a long way. You do have to keep it in the fridge though, never leave it out, because it will spoil very fast and you'll be sad. But yes, I will always buy this to keep on hand. My roommates have even started stealing it from me, so I'll have to upgrade to the big jar lol. The seller is also great, shipping is extremely fast.
