I try to recycle as many materials as I can when packing your orders, so you may find recycled cardboard for backing prints, or reused plastic sheet protectors.
Right now I still have some leftover plastic protector bags from years ago that I use, but as I still haven’t found an eco-friendly alternative made locally to replace plastic bags, at least I'm trying to reuse as much as possible.

All prints A4 and under are shipped flat with reused cardboard to avoid bending.

As it’s only me doing this, I go to the post office once every two weeks.
I usually prepare packages 24 hours after your purchase, once I change the status to "processing", the order is deemed to be accepted.

I ship with Correos Spain. The default shipping method is ORDINARY MAIL, which is the most economic option.
Note that neither Correos ORDINARY MAIL nor the option of FREE DELIVERY include tracking. Please understand that, if you choose this method, I cannot be held responsible for any damage/delay/loss of the package.
If you wish to be able to track your item, please upgrade to CERTIFIED MAIL at checkout (but factor in an increase in costs), that way you have a guarantee that if your item doesn't arrive in perfect conditions or gets lost, I will send you a replacement (provided that there's stock left, otherwise I will issue a refund).

Unfortunately returns and refunds aren’t really an option with the products I’m selling. If there’s an error and it was my mistake, I will 100% do my best to try to resolve the issue. It’s just me doing this and I’m only human 🙂
