Damaged Item
We take great care in wrapping your items with bubble wrap, peanuts and/or shipping paper We ship them in sturdy boxes and secure them with shipping tape. If your order arrives damaged please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the damaged item along with the shipping material used to pack your order. We will file a claim with USPS on your behalf. USPS requires that you keep the item, and the original packaging until the claim is finalized. We do not issue replacements prior to USPS approval. In the event you need a replacement asap you may purchase a new one. When the claim is finalized you will be refunded for the new item. If you do not keep the broken item with its box & wrapping, the claim may not be approved.
