Custom Order Cancellations: Custom order wood signs and vinyl decals which have had the mock up work completed can only be refunded at a maximum of 75% of the purchase price due to work invested by the artist. Custom orders where the physical work has begun cannot be cancelled and refunded.

Custom drapes cannot be returned or exchanged. It is highly advisable to order a fabric swatch before ordering drapes. Please contact me to do so.

Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with a photo to report any shipping damages. Replacements and refunds will be given on a case by case basis for wood signs or vinyl decals determined to be damaged during shipping.

An item is considered lost if its delivery has exceeded expected delivery by 10 days. WGH is not responsible for unclaimed shipments. If you do not pick up your delivery or disregard shipment notices WGH is not responsible and will not issue refunds for unclaimed successful deliveries.

I always provide a design proof / mock up before within 48 hours of your order and before I begin constructing your order. If you fail to respond after 24 hours, your design will be sent as shown. Please view your design in a timely manner and make any corrections / changes within 24 hours. After 3 design changes (not corrections that are the shop owner's mistake) each subsequent change is at a cost of $3.00 for the time spent altering your proof.
