The wind chime will be packaged in two pieces, the bottle will be first and the chain and catcher will be second. They must be kept apart to prevent them from breaking. The wind chime's will come with very simple directions for assembly and you are welcome to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

We ship everything USPS. I have been using etsy's calculated shipping and don't feel like it is accurate so I am switching to "free shipping" and adding a flat rate shipping cost (Because shipping is never free) and then you will see the total cost up front. You will be provided tracking from USPS (PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS) Please message me if you have any questions or concerns I am testing this option out and hoping it will work better.

All bottles must be thoroughly clean and have labels and glue removed before work can begin. -
A stencil must be cut and meticulously hand picked for every project -
The stencil is applied and the bottle is sandblasted. This will etch the design permanently into the bottle. -
Where I craft the hours away with my little helper dog Bear.
