Would you be willing to customize/personalize these printables?
At this time, I am not accepting custom orders of any kind. I will also not be making any changes to existing products at this time.
How do I actually download my printables? Can I also re-download them?
All products listed in the Witted Roots shop are instant download digital products. This means that no physical items are shipped.
Once your payment is processed and confirmed, your files will be available for download via Etsy. You will also receive an email with the link to download the purchased file as well.
You may repeatedly download your purchased files at any time for PERSONAL use via your Etsy account ( You > Purchases & Reviews > blue Download Button located to the right of your order details)
I want to hand some extra copies of these printables off to my best friend and co-worker. That's okay, right?
Sorry to say, but you are not permitted to redistribute, nor resell, any purchased files from the Witted Roots shop.
They are for personal use only and can be printed multiple times for a single user.
If you are interested in using a product for special circumstances/projects, please contact me about a limited-use commercial license.
If you want to purchase a product as a gift, please contact me for details on how to do so.
Do you allow for returns or refunds?
Things happen, right? Trust me, I get it: machines go wonky, freak accidents with packages, or the (very rare) typo.
In the rare event that one of your purchased items reaches you in a less-than-stellar condition (Printing Error | Wrong-Sized Item | Item Arrived Damaged), we would gladly accept your return.
Otherwise, returns and refunds will be accepted on a discretional basis, so feel free to reach out to me so that we can talk about it.
How are my purchased items shipped?
If you ordered a physical item (not a digital download) from our shop, it will be professionally made-to-order in the US, and shipped to you via Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS.
We always choose the most cost-effective option for you, and ensure that the packaging is done to protect your item effortlessly.
Would I be able to change the primary color of the item in any listing?
Unfortunately, at this time I cannot accommodate custom item color, nor custom graphic color.
All available primary colors are provided within each listing.
If you would like to request a different color for the writing, for example, then we can definitely discuss it.
