I only just recently learned about these period tracker bracelets. I wish I had known about them when I was younger! I'm such a visual person and seeing the different colored beads really helps me quickly see how close or far away I am from my period. I know you could just track it on a calendar, but this is way more fun. My tip is to keep the bracelet somewhere where you will see it every day to remember to move the charm. I wear it often but I don't wear it every day, so I keep it by my toothbrush so that I remember to move it every morning. I've had about 3-4 periods since getting this bracelet and it is spot on with tracking them. The quality of the bracelet is good too. It feels very sturdy and the beads are gorgeous!

It is almost perfect and a beautiful color — but the glass is scratched in two places, however it is still nice enough to use just not perfect.
