How long until I receive my order?

Since each order is hand painted by me, I appreciate your patience as I work on your order. I try to be upfront in the listing for how long it will take & will do my best to contact you if there are any changes on my end. Many orders any are custom (meaning you must send me a message including a picture of what you’d like painted- details are on each listing), in that case the processing time will start after you send photos (since I can't start painting until I have those).

I'm always happy to answer any additional questions.

International Shipping

I am now offering international shipping. Buyer is responsible for any import fees or taxes. Buyer is also responsible for paying the re-shipping costs if the package is returned to me. I cannot guarantee delivery times with international shipping. The service I ship with states that the package will be delivered through your local postal service in 1-4 weeks. Tracking will be available for international and domestic orders.

Since shipping settings can sometimes get messed up, I reserve the right to message you with a reserved listing for the additional shipping costs if the actual shipping cost ends up being $2 more than what you paid. I also will refund if you end up overpaying for shipping more than $1 USD
