Traveled to southern India to study yoga and philosophy which supported my personal spiritual growth tremendously. -
During the pandemic, I was fortunate to be able to share my yoga with kind souls on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. -
Volunteer teaching yoga at a sustainable yoga farm in Ecuador where I made incredible lifelong friendships. -
Ended up running the marketing office at a regen farm in Costa Rica after volunteering to teach yoga and chopping cacao. -
My first solo trip to Cuba was unforgettable. It is where the kindest and most generous souls who have the least reside.
