After attending two years courses in jewelry making ( specified in ring making), we can finally formally start selling on ETSY. ZakviJewels was opened here in 2013 indeed. At that time I thought that hand making some jewelry and operating an online shop could not be something more than spending 2 or 3 hours everyday and got a handful of extra money on top of my regular income.
The reality is far beyond my imagination. Without determination, commitment and formal training on jewelry crafting, it is hard to make even a little online shop in shape. I then started to take courses, dealed with every practical duties of holding a shop that I cannot just shed off my shoulders. After 2 years' preparation, I decided to give my shop a solid start with ring style I am familiar with.
Thanks to my dear friends and classmates, Alex, Bo and Rosa, who are willing to be my partners in making the wish come true. Thanks also to our class tutors who gave us valuable suggestion all the way through. We hope to develop our shop into something more unique and with more individuality in the future.
We all still carry our full time job while operating ZakviJewels. Yet we still strive to provide our customers the high standard of craftsmanship we were requested throughout our jewelry course. Therefore, please allow a reasonable 10 to 15 days processing time for those beautifully hand crafted rings. Thanks for your support!
