Frequently asked questions

What kind of wood you are using?

Majority of our items are made out of Baltic Birch Plywood in 1/8 or 1/4 inch. Some of our wood names are made with Walnut Plywood.

Do you offer painting or staining?

We do not offer painting or staining on our wood cut outs but everything else we do. Please contact us for confirmation.

Can I paint the cutouts?

Yes all orders are sanded on both sides and are ready for your DIY project.

Can I use the cutouts outside?

We do not recommend unless you use a special coating that makes your order water resistant. Please note some items may be made for outdoor use, please contact us to confirm.

What sizes are available?

Each item have various sizes available. If you do not see the size you are looking for please contact us for more information. Max size we can accommodate is 30"x30".

What does Quantity Package Deal mean?

"Quantity Package" means you get a small discount up to 20 pieces of the same cutouts. So for example if you need 5 of the same design choose Quantity Package Deal 5 and Quantity 1.
If you need 40 of the same design choose Quantity Package Deal 20 and Quantity 2.

Can you add hole to the cutouts for hanging purposes?

Yes, just let us know in the comments that you would like a hole in the design.
