Check the shop's featured listings to see what custom listings are available, if they are not there it's likely that the slots for that commission are closed for the week. However they do tend to re-open after a while as I finish up batches of custom sculptures. Restocks depend on the type of item: Stickers will always be restocked when sold out unless the design is being discontinued. Prints are usually not restocked, Most if not all are limited runs. Sculptures are not restocked unless they are super popular, However you can order custom versions of any previously sold out items through commission listings when available!
In the same vein original paintings are all one of a kind and are very unlikely to restock.

All Sculpted items on my shop are FRAGILE.

While I try my best to make the figures/charms as sturdy as possible, the fact of the matter is this type of art is inherently fragile, due to the materials used. Although I use the sturdiest polymer clay I can get a hold of and I work to seal in the paint with multiple layers of varnish. These items are for DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY.

To remove dust/dirt off figures it is recommended that you use a duster/mildly damp cottonball/paper towel to clean the figure.

But please avoid cleaning the figure with 70%+ alcohol or any % of acetone (nail polish remover), these will damage the varnish and eventually the paint.

For most non-custom orders the packages are usually shipped within the work week (Mon-Fri), I cannot ship Sundays, I also will not expediate any order shipments.

Order notes or message requests that include "make this order arrive by x" will be cancelled immediately. I cannot control package speed, once the package is shipped it is out of my hands.

I do offer International shipping only for Canada. Please contact me beforehand so I can set up the listing for international shipment. Buyers are required to pay shipping.

You also must understand that affordable international shipping is very slow, and I cannot control shipping once the package is sent out through the shipping carrier.
Please note at the moment I cannot ship to any other countries internationally asides Canada. If that changes I will update this FAQ to include those countries.

Many customers have noticed recently their figures are semi flexible. This is not an error, I use a special kind of clay that stays semi flexible after curing. Do not fear that the clay is uncured it is 100% cured just flexible!

This is a much more sturdier clay than many ridged brands so its well suited for smaller sculptures, and fine details that may be more prone to breaking. So small/thin details can be flexed quite a bit. However please still be mindful about handling the figures, these are still handmade items! Please refrain from bending the flexible clay pieces too far, they still have a breaking point.

Absolutely not, All my work for sale on here, including custom orders is for "personal use only" I will not allow work by me to be copied and redistributed. This includes making molds of figures, putting images of them on the blockchain (including nfts), or anything that falls under "commercial use"

Unless we have a previous contract stating otherwise NOTHING on this shop is available to be copied for the purposes of selling.

For the most part no. I offer a few kinds of discounts for returning customers and for special occasions.
However do to the nature of these items I cannot offer any wholesale discounts for this is an incredibly labor intensive product.
Nothing on my shop is mass produced so I cannot offer discounts like they are.

Please do not, many pre-made items have a set shipping due date of a few days, do not request them without checking in with me first, this includes keychain and charm listings without the "figure option" requests ie "please remove the keychain" in the order notes without paying the fee required to remove the eyepin will be cancelled without hesitation.

Since removing eyepins on premade keychains/Charms require the figure to be re-sculpted, baked. re-painted, and sealed.
