Etsy Finds: Of Shoes and Ships and Sealing Wax...

Lately my mood has become decidedly nautical. Navy blue clothing is on my mind, rivers and oceans are never too far, and ships in a bottle are my latest obsession. A life lived at sea is a dream for many, and my inspiration for this post—aside from the inherent beauty that is a ship—comes from Lewis Carroll's literary work Through the Looking Glass:

"The time has come," the Walrus said,
"To talk of many things:
Of shoes—and ships—and sealing-wax—
Of cabbages—and kings—
And why the sea is boiling hot—
And whether pigs have wings."

Without further ado: Ships!
