I've got kind of a "thing" for the color navy blue. Like the classic song by Diane Renay, I've been thinking a lot about the color, sailors, ships (more on that later this week!) and all things marine. We're seeing navy blue in a palette mix with taupes and chocolate colors coming on stron in the interior design field. Navy blue is one of those "stay calm and carry on" colors, and is very fitting for these troubled times. Great choice for this week!

Navy blue is one of my favrite colours to wear. I have to force myself to look at other colours when I'm shopping. I came onto this thread a little late, and the skirt I like has already sold! Must...hit mall...for fix!

I am glad you posted this article. The article reminded me that my blue bracelets and earrings were among my best sellers at last year's craft fair. I got out all those blue beads I bought last January and I have started making them into creations for my December show. I love the calm of blue. Most people wear blue jeans so it is a great gift color.
