All items are carefully packaged for protection. I do my best to make sure your order will arrive safely

- Cards, folded wrapping paper and unframed A4 prints are packaged in board-backed envelopes

- A3 Unframed posters are sent in board-backed envelopes

- Framed prints are wrapped in tissue paper with cardboard corners and bubble wrap, then posted in a postal bag

- Jewellery and other items are packed in cardboard mailers

Please re-use/recycle any packaging where possible :)

- I post orders on Tuesday and Thursday.

- Please check the processing times as I sometimes extend these times. You can message me before ordering if you are unsure if your order will arrive on time.

Beautiful card :) I didn’t look at the delivery date properly which was my fault and assumed delivery would be a few days but was actually a few weeks. I contacted the seller asking for a refund who was very helpful and said a refund is fine but I chose to keep it and wait in the end and glad I did :) Thank you again, will certainly order again x
