Smells amazing nice strong lavander scent but the consistancy wasnt as i expected i was expecting a more soft balm texture this is abit more solid and the oils come out first and then have to dig it to get to the wax but its still nice cant say on how well it makes my hands soft yet as only used couple times as arrived today but seems like it will :)

hi there, sounds like it's been caught in these hard frosts en route. just stand it in a warm room to come back to temperature and it will be fine. I've just tested one from the same batch here and it's fine, and soft. I hope that helps, best wishes Deb xxx
