All items under the value of £100 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated delivery time 2-3 working days) . There is an option to upgrade your order to Tracked 24 if you require it urgently (estimated delivery time 1-2 working days).

Items over the value of £100 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will be tracked and is a next day service.

I make post office runs approximately 2-3 times a week on Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturday's. Please feel free to message me if you require something urgently and I will always do my best to try and accommodate you where possible.

All my items arrive carefully packed in their own branded recyclable gift boxes. They are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap (where needed) and marked as fragile. Some of my items are packed in shredded paper too (please see individual listings). I make every effort to make sure your items arrive with you safely. I also try to do my best for the environment therefore all my additional packaging is recycled from my own deliveries. I encourage you to reuse my packaging wherever possible too.

Please note my glass is not dishwasher safe, I recommend wiping it clean with a damp cloth. Also, it will break if dropped so please be careful.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, I go to great lengths to photograph and list items as accurately as possible. I sincerely hope you are thrilled with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy simply return it within 30 days (unworn and in its original packaging) and I will gladly issue a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact me prior to an item being returned. I recommend using a parcel service that provides a tracking number. I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred during transportation.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, or there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately so that I will have an opportunity to work with you to rectify the problem. I will gladly refund or resend your item if it arrives damaged. I would kindly ask you to submit photographic proof of the damaged item, so that I may assess the situation and take appropriate action accordingly.
