Delivery
Where possible I will always try to send your order within 3 days. I work full time, so if you need your item very quickly please message me before purchasing to see if it will be possible. Please allow a few days for your order to arrive as I am at the mercy of Royal Mail! :)
Custom orders may take a little longer. Custom orders printed on fabric take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please contact me if you need it faster than this and we can arrange rush shipping. I do not offer returns on custom orders, unless they are wrong through a fault of my own. Please make sure you offer very specific instructions and check spelling of names.
International buyers, please remember I am based in the UK so if you are in the USA/Canada/Australia, your parcel may take a few days to arrive!
