*Holiday*
I will be in Canada/Seattle from 31st March to 13th April. The shop will stay open for orders throughout but the lead time will be 3-4weeks on all orders from mid March. And express will not be available at this time.
I will try to reply to messages but obviously signal/internet will be intermittent.
I will try my best to get all ordered items made and posted before I fly.

I've updated my "express posting" options. The express option only covers the actual cost of the postage, so please don't think that I'm actually making money from this, especially as Etsy also takes a percentage of postage paid.
Express postage cost will not bump you to the top of the list, it just makes the postage time a lot quicker. If you need an item urgently, please also select the "rush charge" listing too, and add the date you need it in the comments section, that way I know you need it ASAP.
I am trying very hard to reply to messages and emails, as well as ship orders as quickly as possible but please do be aware that I am UK based and I am also a one person shop, so sometimes it may take a while to receive a reply in the current climate.
My processing time is currently around 7 days on small orders and 3-4 weeks on larger orders, so whilst I am at the post office most days, the time your order takes after I've posted it can vary.

She was very accommodating and understanding when I messed up my measurements, shipping was very quick and the skirt is just perfect and good quality. I am currently still open and running, my processing time is currently around 7 days on small orders and 1-2 weeks on larger orders and large items however with Covid and also now Brexit we are still majorly disrupted in the UK and this means I will be only able to get to the post office once or twice per week rather than every day and there may be delays.

I am also a performer and may be away at shows so please do bear this in mind.
It usually takes around 1-3 working days after dispatch for UK addresses and 5-14 working days for packages to arrive to USA and other countries, but it can take longer. Im afraid I don't have any control over the length of time your countries customs and delivery departments process mail.
I try my best to accurately predict the amount of time a package will take to reach you, however this can take longer sometimes, especially at Christmas.
ITEMS LOST IN THE POST.
Please make sure your address in Etsy and paypal are the same and correct.
Royal mail doesn't class items as lost until it has been missing for :-
20 "working" days for items sent to European destinations
28 "working" days for the rest of the world.
This does not include Weekends or national holidays.

Frequently asked questions
Care instructions
All of my plain customisable skirts, underwear and harnesses are washable by hand or on a delicate cycle in the washing machine. If items have beads, crystals etc, i highly recommend washing in very mild detergent by hand.
Sizing details
All my sizes are UK standard and size comparison charts can be found on google images, however US sizing is usually two sizes smaller than UK, i.e US size 4 would equate to about a UK size 8.
Wholesale availability

Gift wrapping and packaging

Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders do take slightly longer to complete than regular colours and sizes but please do contact me if you need something specific.
