I'm currently using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for all my print orders due to an increase in customers wanting this service. If you are happy to use the cheaper, untracked option please select it at the checkout in delivery upgrades. Stickers and Cards are dispatched using the Royal Mail International Standard and therefore untracked.

Kate Maxwell is a printmaker and Illustrator, making colourful screenprints, risographs and other handprinted goods inspired from her love of kitsch, vintage toys and ephemera.
Shop policies
My limited edition prints have been hand pulled by me and therefore each print can vary slightly. This makes them even more uniquie! If you do have any issues with an order please contact me first so I can help resolve any issues. Do bear in mind I can not exchange any prints once they have been personlised.

Delivery
I will endeavour to post items within 2 days of receiving payment. Shipping in the UK is sent by Royal Mail First Class. International shipping is by Royal Mail Airmail. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
PACKAGING:
All prints will be securely packed flat in cellophane and a cardboard backed envelope.
INSURANCE:
I do not automatically add insurance unless the item is £50 or more. If you would like insurance added, please contact me at time of purchase and I will let you know the additional postage cost.
