How will my order be sent? When should I expect to receive my order?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD. Due to the handmade nature of some of our products, please allow up to 1 week for despatch. If you have special delivery requirements, please email us

How will my order be packaged?
Every item purchased will come in its own appropriate packaging where applicable. Should you wish to add a presentation box onto your order please be sure to select next day delivery postage when checking out and a box will be included as standard. please note this doesn't mean the item is sent the next day, but once sent it will be on a next day service
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are not accepted.
Returns are not accepted. An item can be exchanged if we are notified within 3 days, please contact us via Etsy and an exchange form to be emailed back to you, please return within 14 days of receipt for an exchange.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with all labels intact. Exchanges do not include the refunding of original postal charges & an exchange postal charge may be required.
