When & how do you obtain your pattern(s)?
All patterns are digital instant downloads, so you will be able to download your pattern(s) here on etsy as soon as you've finished your checkout / confirmed your order.
Please bear in mind *Nothing* will be posted to your address. All patterns are *Digital*
Purchased the same pattern twice ?
Don't worry, just let me know which pattern you would like to have instead of the same pattern, then I will e-mail you the pattern within 24 to 48 hours.
Please do bear in mind though; if I am away you might need to wait until I am back home. Sorry, I don't take my Lap Top with me on holiday.
Exchange or return policies on digital items?
All PDF crochet pattern files are digital and cannot be exchanged or returned once they have been purchased.
Having said that, if you have purchased the same pattern multiple times, just drop me a quick message, so I can solve the problem for you.
