PRICE LISTS AND QUOTATIONS
Price lists and quotations are correct at the time of receipt, and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full (including delivery charges) before design/production of your order will start.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If an order is cancelled before production has started, we can see if a proportionate refund is possible based on whether materials have been ordered in and how much design time has be undertaken. Buyers are responsible for any postage and return postage costs. Returns must be marked as 'Return' or any fees or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund - Items must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging and by a recorded delivery method.

Once an order has been passed to print or laser cutting, unfortunately no refund will be available except any delivery charges invoiced for (if no delivery has taken place).

All orders are made bespoke and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

All products are manufactured and sold from the U.K, sold according to U.K law and any action will be taken through a U.K court.

As all our products are made bespoke we only post items through Recorded Delivery methods except for free shipping samples which are send Royal Mail 2nd class.

International Postage:
Orders under £25 sent standard mail (No Tracking)
All orders over £25 sent by Royal Mail International Tracked

Delivery Time Estimates (After Posting):
UK: Delivery aim 1 -2 working days for 1st Class / 3-5 working days for 2nd Class
Europe: Delivery aim 7 -14 working days
Everywhere Else: aim 7 - 21 working days

Please make sure the correct delivery address is given when placing an order.

We are not liable for any items which have not been received due to incorrect details. Delivery estimates are advised by the postal service provider, and we are not responsible for lost or delayed post.

Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes take longer if there are postal service distributions either within the UK or Internationally. We are not responsible for delays to
shipping caused by postal service disruptions and can not offer refunds for delayed items.

Alternative postage options can be arranged by request.

CUSTOMS / IMPORT TAXES
Please be aware - if you are ordering an item from outside the UK you may be charged custom duty/tax on your order. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check import taxes/charges in their destination country before ordering and pay any costs this may incur.

*Our Designs*
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights are retained by The Cross-Eyed Fox for all material (including without limitation: designs, artwork, photographs, logos and any custom order designs).

Orders, samples, custom designs and any website content are for your personal use only, and may not in any way be copied, reproduced, distributed or re-sold. Using any of our products, copyright or intellectual property for commercial or marketing purposes is strictly prohibited unless you have received express prior written permission from ourselves. We reserve the right to photograph all and any orders for our own marketing purposes.

*Your Order*
When providing wording or guest names to accompany your order, please make sure there are no errors. This information is copied directly from your original text and we are not responsible for any mistakes.

Due to the nature of the laser cutting process, please expect some burn marks to be present and slight variations between each piece. Lighter card colours show burn marks more prominently, if you’d like to reduce the burn marks visible please choose from the darker card colours. Burn marks are not accepted as a reason for returns.

Card stock thickness/weight and colours may vary depending on the finish and colour. Ranging between 240gsm and 300gsm.

Care should be taken when handling any stationery or favours, they are sometimes quite delicate and can get damaged when handling or placing in envelopes etc.

If you are provided with an artwork preview, please make sure all the details are correct. We allow up to three sets of amendments and any changes made once artwork has been signed off may incur an additional design charge.

Please note there may be variations in the printed colours of invitations and accompanying inserts due to the print process. Colours may also differ from any printed sample sets received in advance of your order or from digital artwork previews and proofs.

*Production Times*
Orders can take between 4 - 8 weeks to produce, as everything we make is bespoke.

Guidance on production times will be stated on the product pages.

You will be advised of an estimated production time once an order has been placed or by enquiry. However please do email us if you've a specific date you need items for and we'll try our very best to accommodate!

To fulfil your order, you must provide The Cross-Eyed Fox with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. DATA RETENTION

Your personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide you with the services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, it may also be retained to comply with any legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Generally for a time period of 4 years. To protect your personal information, reasonable precautions are taken to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
