I accept payment by Paypal and credit card (Visa/Mastercard)

Use the link on the payment page at checkout to send a payment through PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to send a payment via credit card. 

Please note that you will be directed to PayPal's website to finish the transaction. You will receive an emailed receipt and posting confirmation via PayPal as well.

I cannot post items until I have received payment from you. If payment hasn't come through after 7 days I will contact you to let you know.

If I don't get a reply after two weeks - sorry but I will cancel the order.

I've taken a lot of time and care creating my work so I do the same when posting the items I've made so they reach you in perfect condition.

Individual A4 prints are packaged in a clear biodegradable plastic sleeve, with a cardboard insert to protect the print. I then wrap prints in tissue paper, secured with paper tape for extra protection in transit.

I care about the environment so all my packaging is recyclable and biodegradable.

As all work is made to order - please check estimated delivery times which are slightly longer at the moment due to the current pandemic. You will be notified when your order has been posted.



Where an item says *Free Delivery Included* this item is posted 2nd Class standard.
You will receive a notification from me when I have posted your item.
Royal Mail estimates 2nd Class post to arrive in 2 - 4 days.
This does not include tracking!

If an item does not arrive in that time I have to wait 15 working days until I can declare an item lost.

If you require an item tracked you must upgrade your postage in the drop down menu.

Royal Mail International Standard delivery aims-

To deliver to Europe from UK 3 - 5 working days
to deliver worldwide from UK 5 - 7 working days

This is not guaranteed and can take longer to arrive with the current worldwide situation..

If being posted to an address outside the UK then STANDARD delivery does NOT insure or track delivery.

If you want peace of mind that your parcel is insured if it goes missing PLEASE choose Tracked delivery from the drop down menu when ordering or contact me for advice.

If the item is a gift - let me know first and I can post it to the lucky person with a message from you!

I currently visit the post office once a week but if your order is time sensitive then please ask first before ordering - thank you.

UK free delivery is second Class Royal Mail. Upgrades are available - choose from the drop down menus.

Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of my control... if you have not received your item within five working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 20 working days.

Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the onus is on the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.

Prints are hand inked and pulled and not created using a computer!

They take time and I have included pictures of the carved printing blocks or the wooden/metal type where I can for you to see more of the process involved in the creation of your print.

All work is sold without a mount and UNFRAMED unless stated. Photos showing work in frame are just to show you how the print could look on your wall.

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information:
To fulfil your order.
You must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for example: a personalised custom order). Any paper copies of your details are destroyed securely immediately after use (order sheets, Royal mail Click and drop print outs).


For legal reasons (like paying taxes).

Your details will be held on securely online, within the Etsy website, however they will not be used for any other reason, and I would never share your contact details without your express consent.

To communicate with you about your order. There are occasions when after an order is placed, I may require additional information from you that wasn’t specified when the order was placed (personalised text required). If you check out as a guest on Etsy, I will contact you via the email address you have provided to Etsy. Alternatively, If you have an account with Etsy, I will contact you via the message facility (If I have had no response, I may use your email address you have provided to Etsy to contact you) Please note - If I contact you via the Etsy message facility, you will automatically receive an automated email from Etsy advising you of this.

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
