Order not arrived?
Please allow up to 14 working days within the UK and up to 6 weeks for everywhere else.
If after this time you haven't received your order please contact me so I can find out what's happened.
Lost items will not be refunded, only replaced.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
My processing times are 2-3 weeks.
Combining orders.
If you would like to add to your order please contact me within 24 hours though I can't guarantee that it will be possible due to processing orders when they are placed.
Returns
If you would like to return an item please contact me within 7 days. All items need to be returned within their original packaging and all items are inspected before a refund is issued.
If you return items without notifying me then I will not be able to issue a refund due to Etsys terms and conditions.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Overseas orders
If you are purchasing outside of the UK, it is highly recommended that you upgrade shipping to tracked. In the UK, the postal service does not include tracking with with parcels within and outside the UK unless you pay extra. If you purchase from outside the UK and your order does not arrive, I will not replace or refund unless you have upgraded your shipping to tracked. Proof of postage is obtained for all orders within and outside the UK. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Problem with your order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving. After this time, unfortunately I'm unable to send replacements or issue refunds. If there is damage to your order, please keep all packaging as I will need to see this so I can make a claim with Royal Mail.
Wrong item
If you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact me with photos of what you have received. Once I have received proof, i will send the correct item to you within 7 days.
If no proof or items sent back, then unfortunately I will not be able to send any replacements.
Cancellations
I accept cancellations within 12 hours of ordering.
