Delivery: I do my best to ship all items within two working days. I will let you know as soon as they are on the way. I usually use Royal Mail for small items and a courier for medium and large parcels. When I use a courier I will pass on the tracking number to you so that you can follow you orders journey.
If you could quote a 'safe place' on your order for the courier to leave the parcel that would be great.

I use lots of protective packaging. (I would hate my ceramics to get broken in transit.)

International deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail, Airmail. Any customs or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All items are well packaged. I try to use recycled or reused packaging as much as possible.
