==SHOP POLICIES==
-DELIVERY-
•The minimum waiting time for an order is 3 weeks to give the order enough time to arrive.
•No tracking numbers are provided with the standard delivery. Please upgrade if you wish to track your order.
•If you live in Germany or France and want to get rid of the high postage charge, use a proxy address that can handle the mandatory recycling procedures.
-RETURNS-
•Non-UK customers are NOT legible for a replacement and instead are issued a refund after the waiting period.
•Returns are accepted if the item is still in it's original condition
•You will be requested for photos of items if they are incorrect, damaged or mixed up for confirmation purposes.
•Cross stitch pieces may be returned if the piece itself is still intact.
•If an item is damaged in delivery, send a picture of the product for a partial refund.
-CANCELATIONS-
•You may cancel an order if it's not yet dispatched. Once the order is sent off, it is impossible to cancel.
-IMPORTATION-
•Goods leaving the UK will not have their value changed to avoid importation charges.
•The customer is responsible for the costs to import goods.
-CUSTOMISATIONS-
•Items can only be customised if the option is available, please read the descriptions to see if the item is legible for editing.
