If you are outside the UK and Europe, please send me a message if considering cancellation.
Delivery
UK items are sent first class via royal mail, this does NOT include tracking. Shipping upgrades are available to purchase at the checkout.
European items are sent via royal mail international standard, which ensures delivery within 3-5 working days. Shipping upgrades are available to purchase at the checkout.
For items outside the UK and Europe, items are sent via royal mail international standard which aims to delivery in 7 working days. This is not a tracked service, however shipping upgrades are available to purchase at the checkout.
If the item is returned to us by the postal service due to an incomplete address (buyers responsibility) I require purchase of a new shipping label before I can resend the item. If the item is returned and you the buyer do not want it resent I will offer a refund minus the cost of the initial postage.

Frequently asked questions
Wholesale availability
I offer most of my items at wholesale amounts. However as all items are handcrafted please message me as early as possible to ensure I can produce them in time. All wholesale orders are entitled to a discount depending on the size of the order.
Do you make custom items?
Yes, gladly! Please message me your requirements and we can work on something together. Please keep shipping time in mind when ordering custom items, and order at least 2 weeks before the required shipping date. Any orders placed within 2 weeks will be subject to an additional "rush fee", depending on the size of the order.
The reason for the rush fee is to account for the overtime hours I will have to put in for rushed orders. It also accounts for last minute buying of materials which may cost more than when bought in advanced.
All custom orders are shipped via tracked and signed for.
Gift wrapping and packaging
When the "gift" option is selected at the checkout the item will be gift wrapped.
This means is will be placed in an organza bag and wrapped in tissue paper. This will then be placed in a paper bag with an additional gift* before being placed in the envelope and shipped. Any gift message will be written on a quirky gift tag and included in the envelope.
If you would like anything else added, or have any other requirements just let me know!
*the gift will be a lollipop sweet. I ensure that any edible gifts are suitable for as many dietary requirements as possible. Including vegan, halal, kosher, dairy and gluten free.
My package hasn't arrived
Oh no! If your item hasn't arrived, please message me. However if you are from outside the UK and Europe please bear in mind customs times. Royal mail cannot accept an item as lost until a certain amount of days after postage, however once this time period has passed and your item has still not arrived I can send a replacement free of charge.
