The dimensions listed are for the height x width of the entire quote. These dimensions are in inches. So if you see 4.5x18, this is 4.5"Hx18"W. (We can't put the inches symbol in our choices due to a software limitation) We recommend you measure your space and choose a size that will be best fit the space you want it to fit into. The photos are not to scale. We impose our design onto a photograph to help you visualize what the decal might look like on your wall, mirror, or classroom door. You will need to measure out the size you are thinking of ordering to assure it will fit nicely into your desired space.

Please contact us for returns. We accept returns on unused/unopened items within 10 days of receipt of item. All items will be assessed a 15--30% restocking fee (depending on the circumstances) of the original purchase price. Returns & exchanges must be postmarked within 10 business days of receipt of the item. We recommend that buyers purchase tracking on your return shipments. Unfortunately, shipping is nonrefundable if an item is not being returned due to our mistake, and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

**If an item is being returned and/or exchanged due to our mistake, we do waive the restocking fee and cover shipping.**

Processing times are 1-3 business days. We mainly ship First Class or Priority Mail within the United States. Once shipped, packages may take from 2 to 5 business days on average to arrive, (1-3 days with Priority Mail) depending on your location (ie: a package moving across the country may take longer than 2 days to arrive). Shipping times may vary throughout the year, depending on peak shipping seasons. The Artsy Spot is not responsible for carrier transit times and during the pandemic, shipping times are a little more unpredictable.

BEFORE ORDERING: make sure your walls are ready and able. Textured walls can be done but are trickier and take patience. Smooth surfaces are recommended.

Our vinyl will work best on enamel painted walls that are allowed to cure for at least three weeks. If you have recently painted your walls, we suggest you wait at least 3 weeks before putting up the decal, as applying the decal before the wall is 100% set can make it difficult for the decals to stick.
The vinyl manufacturer suggests smooth, semi-gloss or gloss enamel paints are best for vinyl application. If possible avoid Latex paints and paints that include stain-blockers or anti-graffiti ingredients, as these will repel the vinyl adhesive.
