Inspired by the rich tradition of maritime scrimshaw,this image portrays a classic sailing schooner that cruises Penobscot Bay from its home port in Rockland ,Maine.
This unique Maine scallop shell has original fine line l pen and ink hand detailing and a limited edition print of my own design. I sign and date each shell. It is coated with a protective acrylic gel coat that also protects against U.V. light.
