The raw silk hair towel is perfect to wear after a shower or bath to soak up excess moisture. This towel is best used when worn for longer than 20 minutes, as you relax post-shower. Feel free to leave on for as long as you desire.

Traditional high-absorbency cotton towels often strip natural hair oils and conditioners, leaving your hair over-dried and frizzy. Raw silk has the perfect absorbency properties to only wick away excess water, allowing natural hair oils and conditioners to remain. Best of all, raw silk has an inherent protein called sericin, which helps keep your hair soft and shiny!

Before use, machine wash and tumble dry on low heat (this will increase absorbency by thinning the layer of natural sericin on the silk). Do not bleach.

When hair is wet, it is in its most fragile state and easily prone to abrasion, breakage, and frizz. Silk absorbs water slowly when compared to traditional cotton towels, making it a better option to protect from breakage.

Fit Notes:

There is excess fabric to fit long and thick hair. If you have thin or short hair there is a way to secure the towel tighter by moving the elastic loop higher on the twisted section. Please message me for tips if you have issues with the towel feeling loose.

For returns or exchanges, please notify us within ten (10) days from receipt of goods, confirmed by shipment tracking number.  Customized orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping and handling is a huge expense for small businesses like us. Please be aware that all returns and exchanges are subject to additional fees:
Return Fee: Total cost of both shipments (to and from the customer), plus a 10% cleaning and repackaging fee. Returns may result in store credit for used products.
Exchange Fee: Customers will be billed an additional fee for return shipping of the original item plus the cost of shipping the new item.
Shipping costs vary depending upon the weight and size of the package. The expected range for domestic U.S. shipping fees is between $5-$18 per shipment.
