The openers are the size of a regular compact bottle opener that you can carry in your pocket. They are not too small.
The size is dictated by function first, opening a bottle cap. To keep the part looking accurate and proportionate, the rest of the shape is scaled from the size of the hook opener. With a lot of tries and even more patience I managed to thread fishing line through the door line detail and loop it through the vents, to make it into an ornament. End result, while if you look too close looks a little rough, is totally what I was hoping would be! Best 981 Boxster ornament out there! If Doug makes some adaptations to his bottle openers to covert to ornaments as well, maybe a new market and I know I would buy at least 2! Love it!!
