I'd like to start by saying the item is truly great quality. I ran into a bit of an issue though. My item was due to be delivered by 13.02.24 and by the 12th it had not been updated as dispatched, so I reached out to the seller and was ignored. My item did arrive the following day, as promised. It had only been dispatched on the 12th, quite impressive that it arrived in only one day. I reached out to the seller again to let them know my parcel had arrived after all and I was ignored again 🙃 Then, a day or so later, my item was marked as dispatched! Truly odd. A message from the seller or a response to either of my messages would have been quite helpful and reassuring.
