She sent me samples for my approval, and then sent me the actual embroidered piece prior to taking off the loom to confirm colors. The pillow she created for us was nicer than imagined. She had made an error with the thread color and sent the pillow. She realized what she had done and, without trying to sell me on the black thread, made the correct pillow and sent it immediately. We received both pillows at the same time with instructions she had messaged me with a return label. Her customer service is absolutely the best I have ever had.
