What kinds of paper do you recommend?
For optimal results, use your printer's best settings and high-quality paper. For images for framing I get best results using 61 lb. matte photo paper. For prints that have a photography, I get best results using glossy photo paper. For coloring books, just print on your favorite papers or card stock.
What is an instant download printable design?
It is a high-resolution file (300 DPI quality image) that is delivered to you via email once your purchase has been confirmed. You can also check your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews" where you will find your purchase and the download link. You will then be able to print the file at home or another printing option of your choice.
Can I get the source file for my design?
Unfortunately, I do not offer any source or vector files (.ai, .svg, .eps, .psd, .cdr, etc.). I can only offer PDF, PNG and JPEG version of your file. The PDF files are scaled to fit your picture frame so make sure your printer is set to "actual size" when printing. The PNG and JPEG versions have been created as the actual photo frame sizes as well but they also give you the option to resize your image if you desire.
Do you accept custom work?
Unfortunately, I do not accept custom or personalized orders.
Returns & exchanges
I cannot issue refunds since these are digital printable files and I cannot tell if they have been printed or not. Please let me know if you have any issues with your prints. I am more than happy to help.
