1 out of 5 starsI did need help, however could find no way to contact you. The box to type a note in how it would not let me type in it. While this tumbler is pretty, there's no way I will be able to use. It's plastic (I assumed I would be able to keep things cold, and if something was hot, it would probably melt. Where is the place for a straw, or a way to drink out of it, other than that big hole? I was trying to order several other tumblers, but, could not call or text you. This is NOT worth $65.00, and all I could really find was you DO NOT take anything back. I couldn't wait to receive this cup, and now wish I wouldn't have ordered it. Lynda Moore

I'm truly sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. I checked my listing to make sure that I didn't misrepresent the product I made in any way. The description lists that the water bottle is plastic three times, and it also states that it is for cold drinks only. The price was $60.00 and it did not come with a straw and a straw was not included in the listing. I always strive to keep my customers happy and I include a business card with every purchase. If you had any issues with your order, you could of contacted me via Etsy or used the phone number that was provided to you on the business card.

Sorry, all sales are final. When placing a customized order & names are included on items, please make sure you provide the correct spelling, for items will not be refunded if names have been mispelled. All names will be added with the exact spelling the customer provides. I'm happy to answer questions about color and sizing. I do not accept returns for incorrect sizing if it is the size indicated on your order. Some embellishments can be out of stock and will be replaced with similar or better embellishments and colors, as I do run out of stock and styles become discontinued.
