HighlanderStamps is owned and operated by wife and husband team Kim Victoria and T.E. Watson, artist and author respectively, and located in Utah, United States of America. T.E. Watson also has an Etsy Shop/TEWatsonBooks.
HighlanderStamps has been a shop on Etsy since 2017, which follows the history of Highlander Graphics and Celtic Stamps, their parent company, as an online presence since 1997. Kim Victoria has been a professional artist for over 50 years.
Kim and T.E. use one business computer at the shop to store some of the buyers’ personal information.
The GDPR requires that Kim and T.E. provide certain information to buyers in this privacy policy, including:

• the legal bases they relie on to collect, use, and share personal information;
• the third parties with whom they share personal information;
• the length of time they keep personal information;

1. Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order I might need your email address, for example), if you contact us directly.
2. Why we Need Your Information and How we Use It
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

We only keep a limited amount of data (your name) because we rely on Etsy’s data storage and conversation capability should we need to contact a customer.
We have no control over Etsy’s data use or storage. Etsy is an independent data controller, and advises that users contact them directly regarding data access, correction or deletion of personal information held by Etsy. We retain only the personal information you provided when you voluntarily subscribed to our newsletter, and only for as long as you choose to remain subscribed. An unsubscribe link is always included in all newsletters. You may also email at the address below to request to be unsubscribed. We never send unsolicited newsletters.
5. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
We do not store or process your information through any third-party hosting services.
Exception: If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter via either of our web sites, www.kimvictoria.com or www.TEWatsonOnline.com, the information you provided is stored by MailerLite.com, who uses TRUSTe Certified Privacy.
6. Your Rights
