Nancy L. provides individualized Fitness Instruction and Nutritional Guidance online from the comfort of your home. She is also the author of the cookbook FITCUI - Fitness Cuisine, a program that provides step-by-step recipes and fitness instructions.

After retiring from the Pharmaceutical industry, Nancy L obtained her ACE Certification as a Personal Trainer. Nancy has always been active and has degrees in Biological Science and Exercise Science.

Now she is able to guide Seniors and Individuals to a state of whole health! Nancy finds it rewarding to craft easy yet effective individualized Fitness Programs that favorably impact a person's health and wellness.

While working with clients whose busy lives made it difficult to find the time to work-out and eat healthy, the idea for FITCUI® emerged. FITCUI® is a cookbook that marries Fitness with Cuisine in a collection of recipes with exercises that correspond to each step of the recipe.

While preparing a meal, fit in a few repetitions of activity. The result is a meal packed with healthy exercise and cuisine. FITCUI makes multi-tasking in the kitchen a no-brainer so you can Work Out & Eat In.
