My current processing time is:
4 WEEKS FOR EARS
3 WEEKS FOR EMBROIDERY
before shipping. If you need an item for a trip sooner than my processing time, please message me before placing your order. I would be happy to accomodate your trip - rush order fee may apply.

Please allow for another additional 2-5 business days for shipping.
All of my orders are MADE TO ORDER; I do NOT have anything ready to ship.

Shop Policies:
•Unfortunately since all of my orders are made to order, I do not accepts refunds, exchanges or cancellations. I cannot cancel for any reason including a change of heart, I canceled my trip, or I will not receive my item in time. It is the buyers responsibility to read all policies and shipping time frames before purchasing.
I understand that it is difficult to shop online when it comes to sizing, but I provide as much information as possible to help you determine the best size for you. Also, I am not responsible for USPS not getting your package to you in time. Once I ship out the package it is completely out of my hands.
•If you have any questions on sizing, please message me before placing your order to ensure you order the right size. I apologize in advance but I am not responsible for sizing issues and will not accept refunds or exchanges.
•As stated above, my current processing time is 3 weeks for embroidery and 4 weeks for ears. If you have an upcomming trip date and need it sooner than my turnaround time, please message me before placing your order to guarantee I can have your order to you before your trip (rush my order fee may apply).
•If you do not communicate your trip date with me, I am not responsible if your order does not make it to you before you leave. If I am unaware of a date you need your shirt/ears by, I will not accept cancellations because it will not be delivered in time. If you message me a few days before your trip telling me you need your order, I'm sorry but at that point there is nothing I can do.
•I ask kindly that no matter the circumstance of your order - please please add your trip date to the "note to seller" section before checking out.
•If there is any thing else I need to know about your order please add that in the "note to seller" section as well.
•I am not responsible for wrong addresses or delays from USPS. Please triple check to make sure all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If for some reason your order is returned to me, the customer will be responsible for the price of the next shipping label.
•All mouse ears, cozies, magic bands, bowbands, shorts, jeans, etc. seen in photo's are props and are NOT included with the purchase of the shirt.
•ALL SALES ARE FINAL - please make sure you read all of the descriptions under each product before placing your order so you know exactly what you are getting.
•If you receive something damaged you must message us within 2 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, explaining what happened and pictures of the damaged product.
We will look it over and send you out a new item for free ASAP.
If it is after those 2 DAYS, we will believe that damage was caused by the customer and will not issue any new products.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are a small shop and cannot fix every mistake by our customers, we would be out of business.

I am ordering last minute and I need my ears sooner than the turnaround time?

We can definitely try to help you out as much as we can! Please message us before ordering to make sure we are able to get it out to you in time. There may be a "Rush My Order" fee or depending when you need them an Overnight charge.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes!

Can I make changes to any of the ears listed?

Definitely! Since our ears are made to order we can pretty much change anything. Custom orders are always welcome as well!

Can I Return or Exchange a Sweatshirt if I order the wrong size?

Yes and No

(Yes) You may exchange a sweatshirt size and color if you just placed your order and I have not created it yet.

(No) You may not exchange a sweatshirt if I already created your order.

Returns will not be accepted at all.
