We accept Payment through Etsy and Paypal.

All items are shipped tracked and signed for where available. Your tracking number will be included with your dispatch confirmation email.

Your order will be made and shipped as soon as possible usually within 3 working days.
You can check the current shipping times in the shipping section of a listing, for current dispatch times for that item. During peak times such as valantines day and Christmas it can be 5 working days.

If you need your order for a special occasion always add a note to it after payment and we will do our upmost to accommodate you.

International customers, please note we are not responsible for any customs charges.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure all ordered items are collected from local post office / parcel depot if you miss delivery. If you fail to collect it and it is returned to us you will need to repay postage for your item before we will ship it again.

Materials used for all items are stated in the listing all main chains are Stainless Steel with various pendants and embellishments. Please read full item description before purchase to make sure the embellishments materials on an item are suitable for your needs.

If you are unsure of the materials used in any item please contact us for advice.

All of our products are sold as adult novelties only.

Although all our products are designed and made to be as strong as possible, we do not recommend that they are used for suspension purposes or other forms of extreme bondage.

We recommend that only the 'O' Rings are used as restraint or fixing points not the main or colour chain.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy.

The information we collect 

We receive information you authorised to Etsy in order to allow us to process your order this includes your name, address and Etsy user name. You may also choose to share information such as size requirements for your order and other custom details such as a gift note via order notes at checkout or messages to us via Etsy.

We use this information only to fulfil your order and contact you about your order such as checking size or colour requirements etc. After your order is completed, shipped and received we will only ever contact you via these details in the event of a product recall. If you have exercised your ‘Right to be forgotten’ you will not receive any contact from us.

Why We Need your Information and how we use it

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, We are also required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We keep your data for the following time period: 6 years in compliance with United Kingdom HMRC business record keeping laws.

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons. 
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
