Please note all of my items are original and are in a used condition, so they will have some wear and tear. Please read the description carefully and view any Photographs before purchase, I endeavour to provide an accurate description in all cases.
I will also endeavour to pack all goods carefully. Please discuss shipping options with me prior to dispatch, I want all goods to arrive undamaged (see the section below re shipping). Please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will do my utmost to offer a fair resolution to the problem, but please read the conditions before purchase.

Shipping options
Most of the big shipping companies do not insure glass items and as such will not take responsibility for broken or damaged goods. No matter how good an item is packed to avoid brakage their automated handling systems can be rough and cause damage to our goods. I offer the oportunity to discuss shipping options prior to dispatch and will ship to your orders/choice. You may also arrange to collect in person, provide your own courier or use one of the large companies. The prices shown for shipping are based on big company prices but will change dependant on your choice of shipping. Large items will defenitely fall into this category due to size, wieght and value. Please discuss with me to aviod damage and disappointment.

International shipping, I will ship to any country in the world, however the buyer must contact me to discuss shipping costs, they are not what is published on the site, these are an example, as each country differs.

My goods are fragile and while i take every care to ensure they arrive at my customers destination undamaged, i cannot account for poor handling by the shipping company. These company's will not insure mirrors, one way to alieviate this is to buy my goods via a credit card. A credit card offers protection, if goods arrive damaged and there is no refund or replacement the card helps to cover the cost of your purchase. You would need to contact your card provider for this refund. This is the only way i can offer you some protection for the shipping process and damaged goods.

Please note that most countries charge Taxes of some description. The Etsy site does not always show this, the European Union is a good example. Etsy shows the taxabvle amount on goods under 150 Euros but not above this figure. I have asked them to do this but as of 12/3/22 they say this is not there responsibility. Any import taxes are collected by the courier company prior to delivery of the ordered goods. Please ensure that you take this into consideration when ordering from me. I apologise for the full costs not being made available at point of sale, this is an Etsy decision. If you require any help with this please contact me.
