What makes 16k resolution different?
Most 3D prints are done at 4k or 8k. By using 16k resolution, we achieve significantly sharper details and virtually invisible layer lines. This provides the smoothest possible surface for painters and the highest fidelity for collectors.
How durable is your resin?
We use a premium ABS-like resin blend. Unlike standard "brittle" resins, our material is engineered for impact resistance and slight flexibility. This means your miniatures can survive standard tabletop drops and rougher handling during gameplay.
Do unpainted miniatures come with supports?
We remove the majority of supports and fully UV-cure every model. However, for ultra-fine details (like thin sword blades or antennae), we sometimes leave a "protective support" intact to ensure it doesn't break during shipping. These are easily clipped off with hobby nippers.
What scale are these miniatures?
Our standard is 32mm scale, which is compatible with Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, and most modern TTRPGs. Please note that "scale" refers to the proportions of a human-sized character; monsters will be appropriately larger to match their in-game size.
What glue should I use for assembly?
Always use Super Glue (Cyanoacrylate). Plastic cement (the kind used for grey model kits) does not work on resin. For a faster bond, you can use a "Zip Kicker" or super glue activator.
How do you protect the paint on finished miniatures?
Every hand-painted model is finished with a professional-grade protective clear coat. This seals the paint and protects it from skin oils and chipping during normal tabletop use.
My miniature arrived with a slightly bent weapon. Is it broken?
Not at all! Because our resin is flexible (ABS-like), thin parts can sometimes take a "set" during shipping. Simply dip the part in warm water for 20 seconds, gently straighten it, and hold it under cold water to "lock" it back into place.
Does it come assembled? And what glue should I use?
My miniatures are shipped unassembled in "sub-assemblies" (e.g., body, base, and accessories separate). This is standard for high-detail models to ensure you can reach every area with a paintbrush.
To put them together, always use Super Glue (Cyanoacrylate).
Important: Plastic cement (used for grey plastic kits) will not bond with resin.
