The customer service was amazing every step of the way and quick responses. The product was packaged amazingly and even came with a thank you gift! If I could rate higher than 5 I would! 4 out of 5 starsThey arrived late, past 2pm on the day of the event (not sure who’s fault it is) and about 6 of them were broken. These are sugar cookies so they are as sweet as they are supposed to be. They are CUTE, they taste good and were soft enough given that they traveled all the way to New Jersey.
