Ariel was so amazing through the entire process of my very first hoop order, it came with a kink from my postal service really not caring and Ariel was first to fix my issue straight away. She’s so kind, helpful and has the best quality polypros I have ever worked with💓 i was using cheap plastic hoops before I found mermaid_hooping because I didn’t believe polypro would really make a difference to my flow and oh boy it sure did I levelled up by 10x and I thank ariels hoops for that💘🦋 don’t forget to say hi!!!
